Candle Lit Yoga with Erin

A meditative practice of floor poses encourages the body to stretch muscles and connective tissue slowly. Props are used for comfort and poses are held for up to 3 minutes. This is a great class for athletes or anyone suffering from stiffness or tight muscles. Restorative versions of the poses are shown for those that are looking for a gentler practice. 

Power Flow with Natalie 

Beat the heat, build heat from the inside out with a 60 minute power flow! Power yoga is a mentally and physically challenging practice but still accessible to all levels. Come show yourself how strong you are!
Gentle Yoga with Kym

Gentle Yoga combines yoga postures, breath work and some light meditation. It is a softer, slower paced class using props such as blankets, bolsters, straps and chairs. Poses may be approached in gradual steps giving time to focus on the breath and alignment. The class is designed to softly awaken and stretch out the body so that the practice feels good. This is a great class for beginners, no prior yoga experience is required.

Kym is trained in Yoga for Trauma and PTSD.

Kundalini Yoga with Claudia

Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of Awareness. It harnesses the mental, physical and emotional energies of the body to bring balance to the body, mind, and soul. It is a path for everyone who wants the skills to cope successfully with the challenges of our times - holding jobs, raising families, managing businesses, keeping homes. Kundalini is one of the most spiritual types of yoga. It goes beyond asanas and emphasizes opening the chakras through pranayama, meditation, mudras, bandhas, and chanting. It is a yoga method that stays grounded in the physical body while incorporating all of the traditional tools of yoga to reach enlightenment. 

A Kundalini class begins with a short chant followed by a warm-up to stretch the spine and improve flexibility. Kundalini Yoga asana sequences are called kriyas. Each kriya is a preset series of poses joined to specific breathing techniques. The class ends with a meditation, which may be accompanied by chanting a closing mantra.
Yin Yoga with Cathy

Yin yoga is a passive, transformative style of yoga that asks participants to hold postures for an extended period of time. This longer hold of poses is done primarily on the mat. Yin yoga helps strengthen, lengthen, and provide therapeutic release to joints, muscles, ligaments, fascia, and other connective tissues. 

The main purpose of yin yoga is to provide grounding. As you learn to tune out the daily grind and focus on slowing down and listening to your body, you will learn to totally surrender, mind and body, to your practice.
Vinyasa Flow with Etain

Considered a moving meditation, Vinyasa is about harmony and balance, grace and fluidity. We move and notice how we are moving and what moves us. The practice of linking breath and movement to flow through postures invites us into an expression that is sometimes missing and other forms of the practice. It is the experience of being alive, connected and free. It reminds us that everything is connected and interdependent.
