Candle Lit Yoga with Erin

A meditative practice of floor poses encourages the body to stretch muscles and connective tissue slowly. Props are used for comfort and poses are held for up to 3 minutes. This is a great class for athletes or anyone suffering from stiffness or tight muscles. Restorative versions of the poses are shown for those that are looking for a gentler practice. 


Power Flow with Natalie 

Beat the heat, build heat from the inside out with a 60 minute power flow! Power yoga is a mentally and physically challenging practice but still accessible to all levels. Come show yourself how strong you are!
Gentle Yoga with Kym

Gentle Yoga combines yoga postures, breath work and some light meditation. It is a softer, slower paced class using props such as blankets, bolsters, straps and chairs. Poses may be approached in gradual steps giving time to focus on the breath and alignment. The class is designed to softly awaken and stretch out the body so that the practice feels good. This is a great class for beginners, no prior yoga experience is required.


 Mindful Yoga with Heather

A practice of paying attention, this class will explore how alignment, breath, and subtle adjustments can enhance poses and your overall practice. Come and give generously to yourself, so you have more to offer the world. Beginners welcome.

Belly Dance with Andrea 

​Belly Dance: Technique & Drills 
This class will introduce students to the beautiful and elegant art form of Middle Eastern Belly Dance while building strength, flexibility and great muscle control. 

Class begins with a full warm up with stretching, strength building and focus on isolations. Students will then review traditional belly dance technique including shimmies, sinuous arms and undulations. Students will learn the proper posture, isolation techniques, essential moves, traveling steps, and simple dance combinations. Each class includes lots of drills - a good workout guaranteed! 

Supportive, friendly atmosphere. All skill levels welcome!


Sound Journey through the Chakras​ with Alexander 
The 4th Wednesday of Each Month @ 6:30 PM- $15 Sliding Scale Donation 


In this experiential group offering Alexander plays Crystal bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Native American Flute, Tingshas, Didgeridoo, Sitar, chimes, bells, gong, drums, vocal toning, vocables, etc. in a stimulating and supportive manner to support the 9 major energy centers. These sounds reverberate through your whole body as the group sits or lies down with their eyes closed in a relaxing meditative manner.  
Alexander directs these stirring, releasing, and calming sounds in a variety of ways. Focusing on the 7 main chakra system plus above the head and below the feet. Alexander directs these sounds up their order, sometimes down their order and some sessions are random with no order, which is determined intuitively from group to group. These 3 different ways of experiencing sound is intended to bring these energy centers in alignment, releasing stuck energy, restoring equilibrium and installing a feeling of truly being in the present moment within a 40 to 45 minute time frame.
